Dennis and Marie moved from Bantry Avenue to Congreve in 1972. Through the years, they’ve enjoyed keeping their yard neatly groomed and their borders of perennials and shrubs well maintained. Each spring, they’d buy flats of annuals and would enjoy creating pots with colorful combinations of flowers to use as accents throughout the garden. This year, however, they went for a different look. Two very large pots of angel-wing begonias are positioned on the front patio and have become the focal point of the garden. Dennis and Marie like to sit on the patio and enjoy how lovely their yard looks from all their hard work as they watch the comings and goings of the neighborhood.
