Community in Action: Strengthening Kennedy Heights One Repair at a Time

Kennedy Heights Home Repair Program

In Kennedy Heights, we believe neighbors helping neighbors makes our community stronger. That’s why we’re proud to introduce the Kennedy Heights Home Repair Program—a local initiative that brings together volunteers to make a real difference in the lives of seniors, veterans, and individuals living with disabilities.

This program provides free or low-cost repairs to help residents stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. From fixing leaky faucets and repairing fences to tackling small renovation projects, our team offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor services. No repair is too small when it helps someone live with dignity and peace of mind.

But we can’t do it alone. We need your help! Whether you’re a skilled handyman, a weekend DIY enthusiast, or simply someone who enjoys giving back, there’s a place for you in this program. Most volunteer projects take place on Saturday mornings and include group clean-ups, yard maintenance, and other home repair efforts. We also need friendly volunteers to meet new clients, help with intake visits, and follow up on repairs.

To request assistance or learn more about volunteering, fill out the form below, or contact us at 513-202-4345, or email us at HomeRepair@KennedyHeights.org.

Together, we can create safer, more comfortable homes—and a stronger, more caring community for all.
