With demolition now complete on Montgomery Road, the Kennedy Heights Development Corporation is currently receiving proposals for the site. As part of this process, the community is invited to hear directly from a development team before any decisions are made.
A neighborhood-wide meeting has been scheduled to share more information about a proposed development from Bethany House Services and Urban Sites. They will present their concept and provide additional details about the project.
